If a part we replace carries a manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty, that warranty (including its terms and duration) will be the only one applicable to that part. If such a part fails, the manufacturer or distributor is responsible for honoring the warranty, though we will assist you in processing the claim.
For parts we supply that do not have a separate manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty, we provide a one-year warranty from the date we complete your car's repairs. Within that period, we will either repair or replace the part at our discretion, with no additional labor charge to you.
Our body work comes with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. If we identify a defect in the body work, we will repair it free of charge.
We guarantee our paint work against any detectable defects for the lifetime of your vehicle ownership. However, this warranty does not cover paint deterioration due to damage, road wear, chemical exposure, unusual environmental factors, or lack of maintenance. Please note that rust repairs are not covered under our paint warranty.
If a defect covered by this warranty is identified, we will gladly provide you with a loaner car while we complete the necessary repairs.
If your vehicle becomes disabled due to a part or repair failure covered by this warranty, we will arrange towing to our shop if it is within 50 miles. Please contact us before incurring any towing charges, as we can often arrange for towing at a reduced rate. Without prior approval, CrashFix, Inc. will not reimburse towing costs.
To request warranty service, please call us to schedule an inspection and bring your original repair paperwork to the appointment. Upon confirming that your claim qualifies under this warranty, we will prioritize scheduling your vehicle for the necessary corrections, aiming to address the issue within 60 days.
